Corporate needs to hire employees that communicate with you theres no communication at all you have to wait months for some one to call you back about anything I went over to **************** to talk to someone still no success at this point its about the money and hiring anyone to to do anything they feel is right
I received terrible customer service from Woda in *************, **. I tried to use the online application process, but never heard anything from them after multiple emails. Finally, I filled out a paper application. Still never heard from them regarding whether or not they had even received my application. Meanwhile, my girlfriend was being evicted from the same property because I had been visiting her too frequently. They didn't have the decency to consider my application to be added to her lease.
