If you cared so much for your valued residents you would be helping me but instead you are destroying me mental and physical. If I could give LESS than 1 star believe me I would ! I thought working through government channels and red tape was exhausting with disabilities but WODA GROUP takes the red tape PRIZE for losers as they never answer calls and I'm extremely angry that no one will reach back to me and refund the $35 buck application fee to a property that actually has no contact to reach out to but in some Arlington Timbuctoo communinty! We have lived in New Forge crossing for 5 years. we've had issues with all the property managers that have been hired here. The first property manager did not like me are my man for the fact that we are a mixed couple and she didn't believe in mixed couples being together. she made statements that she would have never allowed us on the lease if she knew my man wasn't a ********** She also stated that she was excited for our lease to be up. Corporate needs to hire employees that communicate with you theres no communication at all you have to wait months for some one to call you back about anything I went over to **************** to talk to someone still no success at this point its about the money and hiring anyone to to do anything they feel is right

I received terrible customer service from Woda in *************, **. I tried to use the online application process, but never heard anything from them after multiple emails. Finally, I filled out a paper application. Still never heard from them regarding whether or not they had even received my application. Meanwhile, my girlfriend was being evicted from the same property because I had been visiting her too frequently. They didn't have the decency to consider my application to be added to her lease.
