We began living in these properties during May of 2023. We immediately noticed this complex looked like a rush build, but dismissed the odd texture under the paint on the walls and the gaps between the floor and the floorboards. We have struggled to maintain any consistent management since weve been here. Management will make a promise/guarantee, or share information, then the next will deny and change the rules.
