As a local resident I tried several times to get the “just for neighbors “ pricing and kept getting and error message “store not available “. I couldn’t purchase anything. Finally later that evening I was able to purchase the higher priced tickets. I messaged customer service when I was having issues trying to purchase and advised what was happening. I found that the aquarium to be frustrating and beyond annoying. The blue lights throughout the whole place is disorientating and extremely hard to watch the floor which is uneven. It helped that I have little flashlights on my forearm crutches otherwise I am sure I would have lost balance several times and fallen. Also this is not a simple path and if you need to leave after going into the second room, unless you know how to get out, you are stuck going up-down-around-down-up-up and so on for there is no easy path. Confusing to get around. If you need a wheelchair you will miss out on atleast half of what there is to see. We got rushed out and kicked out on the opposite side of the building of where we parked. Passed multiple employees who told us to leave as we were trying to get out. Very underwhelmed with the aquarium and I noticed a lot of over crowding in the tanks resulting in some fish having horrid wounds from fighting. Overall, not impressed.
