I waited from 1-2:30 in the ticket line, and when we finally go to buy them, we find out you can't even get in until 5!!! You have to sit and wait until they decide to open the doors and let you walk through! So if you really want to see this, then pencil in at least a 2 hour wait time along with the wait in line!! They lost my business today along with several more that walked out. The employees weren't very helpful about any of this either. I doubt I ever attempt to even walk in their stores anymore.

Waited two and a half hours just to purchase tickets. Only to get up there and find out that the next entry to the museum would be at 4. Another three hours later. Wish that somehow they could alert to those waiting that they are sold out so you can make other arrangements. Things are not very clear until you get up to purchase tickets and even then they weren’t very helpful and clear. We went this past Saturday and there were so many people in there we couldn’t even enjoy it. We were in there for two and a half hours and most of that time was spent trying to get out. All I could think was if there were an emergency there would be a lot of people that wouldn’t make it out alive. I sure would have liked to have seen and enjoyed our time but I will never spend that kind of money to go through that again!!! They need to put a limit on how many people can go in there at a time. Went at a busy time . With stroller, could not get around very well . And got lost in several locations. Needs to have lines to direct people

Way overpriced and so underwhelming. Wouldn't take our family again
I went to Wonders of Wildlife for the first time with my family today but had a very frustrating experience. We brought our little wagon with us to help with our 2 year old and 3 year old, but was told that wagons were not allowed and they suggested we rent their stroller instead. While walking through the aquarium we saw SEVERAL other people pulling their wagons behind them. Their stroller kept tipping over on us and even tipped over on my two year old. Visited last weekend. Was required to buy a ticket to both the aquarium and museum even though we were only interested in viewing the aquarium. While waiting in line to buy tickets the man in front of me was offered a military/ veterans discount. when I approached the counter I was not offered the discount but inquired as I am also a veteran. the attendant was very rude and asked me to prove it. RecommendedMake sure you know when they close since the staff did not communicate the closing time and how long the tour actually took and kicked us out halfway through. Loved what i saw, completely pissed off about getting kicked out after purchasing a family membership. The customer service could improve immensely.
We had a season pass with guest passes. Apparently WOW didnt think they went with our package. It was a HUGE ordeal with a long wait time. We were not treated very nice.
