Appetizers were good, pasta was terrible and bar service was terrible. Food runners were very nice and game room was fun. Management was nice.
We went here for my daughter‘s 10th birthday on a Thursday. We were so excited since we found out they opened! Slow service. Food is over priced and not good.
The restaurant seems like it could be nice, but no one seemed to sure what to do. We came in for lunch and were told the brunch buffet was closed. Which was fine because we were happy to order off the menu, but when we sat down we were told to goto the buffet that they were taking away and no one was sure if they were serving lunch. We had a large party for a birthday 16 total adults and kids. They were expecting us as we made a in advance reservation for this reason. We were told several times after ordering items from the menu that they were out of things or couldn’t make them. We waited almost an hour for drinks and much longer for food. We arrived at 7:05 and we had a party of ten.. the waitress took our order. We waited about 30 for appetizers which were fried pickles and they were cold! Then two minutes later our food came out and IT WAS COLD! Which was their smash burgers. Now it’s 8:15 and they take our food back to remake it. Now it’s 8:55 and they bring the food out and ITS STILL COLD! At this point we asked for the manager because it’s shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make a burger. Food was very disappointing. Chicken and waffles was 1 piece of old chicken thigh, seemed to be reheated. The fancy butter for the waffles tasted like wax. Fish and chips a little better.
Great idea, poor execution. the food was awful but the service was good. i have no intentions to return for a meal ever again. drinks were mediocre 4/10
I recently dined with a large group of 25 people at this restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We ordered food and drinks with the expectation they would arrive together, but this was far from the case.
