I was excited to celebrate my birthday with a small group of friends/family. We all anticipated this new experience, but no one was prepared for the horrible Saturday night we endured. There were a variety of problems during our visit... First our server provided 1 drink menu to be shared amongst a party of 6. We received 2 bowls of lemon slices, but no water to accompany them. The service at this restaurant was pretty slow. We waited about 30 minutes for the check and by the time we got it, a majority of the attractions had shut down, because it was a slow night. I recommend going earlier if you want time to do anything. Also be prepared to spend about $15 for a singular cocktail.

The food was great and the kids enjoyed the games, but the service was absolutely terrible. Just a bunch of kids running around seemingly unsupervised. People actually got up and left because the server took so long, and it was nearly empty so it's not like she was busy with other patrons. We could see her literally standing in the corner laughing and playing around with other employees, holding our son's birthday cake while we just sat there and waited.

My partner and I had reservations and I was so excited to try their Salmon Burger. We waited for 15mins, no waiter. I spoke to the hostess and let her know we haven't been seen, not even a cup of water. After 20mins of waiting, we left. The hostess was nowhere to be found when we did. The staff, not all is lazy. I will probably not go back anytime soon. I was very disappointed.

Waited over a hour for the NY strip dinner and then when it arrived the meat was dry and overcooked wanted medium well got well done told the manager he really didn’t care just took it off the bill then two other parties sat down after us and got their food first

I had the chicken penne, the chicken was very dry and overbooked, hard to eat. Pasta was cooked well but no taste. Returned meal and left hungry. I had the cosmopolitan as a drink and that was mediocre not worth the $15 I paid. I will revisit for the games but not the food.

We were sat when it wasn’t very busy and no one came by for about 15 minutes, then the manager came by to take our order. After that no one ever came by again. Had to get up and ask four different waiters for refills before we got service and then another manager finally got them for us. At the end, they asked us who our server was and we were not able to answer. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unorganized mess. Took forever for server to come to the table, only gave us one menu for 4 people. Ordered 4 drinks and one appetizer. Watched our server stand at bar for literally 10 minutes waiting for our drink order. I don't necessarily blame the server, terrible time management skills that good management could fix but there seemed to be no management at all, just a bunch of kids working with no direction. Didn't even finish our appetizer, paid the bill and went to a neighboring restaurant.

This restaurant opened just two weeks ago so I understand that they are still working out the kinks but it was a pretty quiet time of day and we had to wait 10 minutes before our server came to take our order. And that was only after a manager realized we were sitting. The food was just OK. This is part of the new Wonderverse experience and had the entertainment been great. I would’ve not been so critical of the food. Overall probably won’t go back unless we want to do an escape room. Kind of a one and done experience.
