Unorganized mess. Took forever for server to come to the table, only gave us one menu for 4 people. Ordered 4 drinks and one appetizer. Watched our server stand at bar for literally 10 minutes waiting for our drink order. I don't necessarily blame the server, terrible time management skills that good management could fix but there seemed to be no management at all, just a bunch of kids working with no direction. Didn't even finish our appetizer, paid the bill and went to a neighboring restaurant.
This restaurant opened just two weeks ago so I understand that they are still working out the kinks but it was a pretty quiet time of day and we had to wait 10 minutes before our server came to take our order. And that was only after a manager realized we were sitting. The food was just OK. This is part of the new Wonderverse experience and had the entertainment been great. I would’ve not been so critical of the food. Overall probably won’t go back unless we want to do an escape room. Kind of a one and done experience.
The menu is very limited. The pork belly was super fatty and almost inedible. There was one server for about 10 tables (bad management), so it was difficult getting water or anything else. I understand that this is a new establishment, but I will not be returning. I was very underwhelmed.
Unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to experience this restaurant due to incorrect information posted on the website/social media. I decided to book a reservation for 9pm on 01/13/24 after checking their website/social media and seeing that the establishment closed at midnight with the last dining reservation being accepted at 9pm and the kitchen closing at 10pm. Small, terrible service. Overpriced for no reason. Waited 40 minutes for a DRINK
My wife and I both got the runs after eating there.
Vibe is totally off, it has potential, drinks are over priced for what you get i ordered a muscow Mule and it came in a glass.
The food was fine, nothing special, but the service was absolutely terrible. One of the worst waiters I’ve ever had. His name was Charlie and while we were his only table for at least twenty minutes, rather than waiting on us, he’d amble awkwardly around playing on his tablet or leaning against empty tables. When he’s walk past us, he’d look up so he didn’t have to see us.
Very pricey. 1/2 menu not available. No mustard in house. Burger was not good. Tots were inedible. With it being in previews, there should be a discount.
