Terrible experience! The food was some of the worst I've had. The salad chicken (crispy) ice cold. The dressing was suppose to be ranch...it wasn't and was very spicy. The soup...cold and over all terrible! Could not even eat it. We were the first table sat once they open, did they even attempt to cook the chicken or was that left over from the night before? We wont be back!
This is a new cool place for the kids and adults to hang out. We came to celebrate a birthday party saw bunch of cool drinks, desserts and food items that we wanted to try. When we came in the menu was very limited, no mocktails, no special desserts that looked so cool online. Our waitress took forever to bring our food or take any our orders. There were about 4 more tables beside us so it wasn't very busy. Should have went to Dave's and Busters.
Food came out slow, late, cold, and bland. The drinks were good. I had mozzarella sticks without mozzarella; What The HECK. Nachos were sent back twice; once for being incorrect and once for being cold. Food was coming out that was not ordered. My beef nachos were good BUT my alfredo pasta was dry and lacked seasoning. Service was terrible AND I was charged gratuity on each table= 20% x 4 tables for the terrible food and service we received.
My salmon was overcooked and needed a sauce. It was very dry. My husband liked his chicken Alfredo dish though. Service was great but the place is just weird. Not sure if we understood what they were going for. We enjoyed our drinks at the Ghostbusters Speakeasy though.
The food was not good. There was nobody there for the experience to be as bad as it was. My daughter and friends ordered a sweet bbq sauce for their wings. They said it was so spicy so returned them. My mom ordered a margarita, she said it tasted horrible and returned it. I previously had their Korean bbq and asked for it this time. Overall not a great experience. Was excited to do something fun with the kids and enjoy a dinner for my husband’s birthday…ended up having our 2 young kid’s dinners get “dropped on the floor” by the chef and they had to pick something they didn’t want to eat. The service was very slow. Our waiter was incredibly nice, but the value of the food was very high for the quality. Arcade was a disappointment. The wait for service was 15 minutes, and there was only one other table with guests at it. When we finally got the waitress, she did not speak, and after the order was placed, it took 25 minutes for it to reach the table. It was only the smashed burgers and the buns were hard, and it was not eaten, nor did the individual want anything else. We entered the restaurant at 12:15 before the crowd, and the service was awful. The restaurant opened at 12 PM
At 6:45 we were seated in the restaurant. There were maybe 3 or 4 other tables occupied at that time. Ten minutes without anyone coming to our table we got up and went to the bar. Once seated at the main bar we received moderate service. The two bartenders were more focussed on making drinks together than serving us but we were happy to get a drink and an order in.
