Verified Renter So far so good. Everyone has been really nice and the amenities are good. I had a few maintenance issues but they seemed to be taken care of promptly.

Verified Renter Very quiet community. The maintenance team is always visibly working on site with repairs. The landscapers are present on a weekly basis keeping our curb appeal so very well maintained. The office staff are always so very friendly and extremely helpful.
Verified Renter I have barely moved in but we are. Just so happy to be here. We have a great view with ducks on the pond right out our back door. A short walk to the pool. The grounds are beautiful and well tended. It seems so calm and lovely. We are looking forward to our first community mixer tomorrow. It's great to be home at Woodhaven.
Verified Renter Washer hops around like crazy because of an internal imbalance. Dryer is backed up because the vent screen cannot be removed outside for cleaning, which is a fire hazard. Corrugated dryer tube is not to code and needs to be replaced with straight tube. Outlets not to code - grounding plugs should be on top for strain relief. Community recycle bins at compactor are overflowing. Compactor overloaded and not closing. Excellent front desk support and move in experience otherwise.

Verified Renter Pretty good experience so far. Light issue with bugs but we have sprayed and it’s helped. There a cool little community events like the food truck recently.
