Verified Renter Like the apartment complex, love seeing the rocket launches from the back yard. The only thing I hate about these apartments is that maintenance sucks. They don’t really try to fix anything, they always find a shortcut to say it’s fixed when in reality they make it worse or give a dumb reason. These apartment complex could be better if maintenance stepped up there game or get new maintenance with experience.

Verified Renter It’s extremely quiet which I love. People are friendly. Very clean and beautiful place to live. Pool area and grill are always clean. Great gym area. Stores very close by, walking distance. Any time I call for maintenance there there right away. Pest control always on point. I have no complaints from Woodhaven Apartments

Verified Renter It’s okay for a starter place. However, because the apartments are older there are bugs that the complex is unable to fully control. Bring your own bug spray, it seems to work better than pest control (who does not frequent or follow up the apartments).

Verified Renter Management has been great! Just other residents have made it a little frustrating to live here. No one picks up after their dogs and it constantly smells like weed.
