Equity is the best management company in Tulsa. The maintenance is great and so are the girls in the office. Everyone is going to have some type of issue with their home. It's all in how you treat people for the result you are going to get.

Office staff has been helpful and maintenance has responded within 1 to 2 days even same day on most occasions. Neighbors are very quiet and there is plenty grass and trees to take dogs for walk. Every once in a while the front gates get jammed and don't close, but other than that it has been a good move for my family. This is by far the best apartment we have been to in Tulsa. We have visited friends at other apartment complex's around Tulsa, and this one is the nicest. From the staff in the office, to the guys that do the maintnence.

The one bed room units are too conjusted, over all the apartments are fine
Not amazing place to live but adequate. The place seems kinda cheaply made. When first moving in, the apartment looked amazing. However, as we lived there things detoriated. The carpet particularly started to come off the floor and maintence responds very slow. Warnings for trash outside the door come frequently if you have terrible neighbors no matter if it is your individual fault or not.

My fiance and I have lived at Woodland Oaks for the past 5 months and we love it. It's conveniently located near every bit of shopping you can think of. We're within walking distance of the mall, most any restaurant and entertainment avenues. Most people have said the apartments are cheaply made, which is arguable. But they're still very nice apartments with fantastic floorplans.
