Needs major repairs! Managment company is one of the worst I have ever seen. Stay away
Woodland Oaks has there fair share of problem, I will be the first to admit. Be that as it may. This guy complainting about a management company not willing to renegotiate the terms and conditions of his lease are absurd. It sounds like this person is just not well educated. On a Sunday morning, around 3am, I heard about 6 gunshots outside my apartment!! Then a noise of tires squealing and a car speeding away! The police came and did their bit. Don't believe me, check the police records!

Paper work non efficient, no security, bad overall
I live in a lower level apartment. The noise from the apartment upstair is awful. The water pipes are loud. Washer and dryer sound like they are coming through the floor. Maintance does not remove snow or treat ice covered sidewalks. Its has been 11 days since last snow and sidewalks are still covered.
I arrived to find the pool closed with no plans to reopen it, the basketball court with poles where the backboards and nets should be, and a tennis court with lights that shine into my windows at night despite the fact it is never used. Maintenance gives notice to enter the apartment "some time during the next week" and cannot be more specific. The walls are paper thin.
I have a two bedroom apartment and my eletric bill has been averaging 250 dollars a month they are tryna say nothing is wrong with it but my bill says the average temp in house is 86 degrees how can you tell me there is nothing wrong with a house that is 86 degrees and 250 for a 2 bedroom i would not recommend them to anyone if i were you try and find someone who was built in late 90"s or early...
