I moved here from Texas a year ago from one of thier sister properties. I didn't want to leave my apartment b/c I loved it so much. Moving to this property is like I never left my old apartment. I know all of the staff by name. And if I call them about a problem they respond so quickly, and then call me to see if I was happy w/ the work they did. I lived in this complex for over a year and never had a single problem. The mgt staff in the office is great to work with. The apts are updated and spacious.
iv lived here going on 5 years i love these apts. everything is great over here, i have to say they are letting some ghetto people move in over here, if i wanted to live around -------- and trash, i wouldnt be paying 600.00 for an one bedroom apt, id move out north and pay 300.00, thats my only problem with these apt.
this is the best place to live, no complaints, maintance is great everything is great, floor pland are awsome, pools are great, not crowded. parking great. couldnt be happier.
Every time we called maintence for a problem it was fixed quickly, usually within an hour of the call! The grounds are lovely and the staff very helpful. We haven't had a problem here.
I move out of Woodland Oaks over 1 year ago becuase I received a rent increase and I thought that I could find a cheaper place that would be just as nice. I found a cheaper place but it was not as nice! I am currently in the process of moving back to Woodland Oaks. I find it comforting that most of the same staff is still there and they make me feel like a family member that is moving back...
Nice apartments overall. Some cheap materials such as in the cabinets but other than that no real problems. Nice floor layouts, walls seem well insulated against neighbor noise. Nice grounds, great place for dog owners with ample spots to walk/play with your dog. Great managment staff, friendly and willing to help. A little noisy living near the basketball court, but we knew that when we moved...
