The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The care my aunt receives is excellent. The building and decor is similar to a hotel and is very well maintained. The staff have been supportive and caring to the whole family while my aunt goes through a difficult phase of her life.

My mother is very well looked after by the staff at Woodlands Care Home especially now being back from hospital on Level 1 nursing. I think its an excellent care home. The family are very pleased.

My brother and I would like to say a huge thank you to Wendy and the Woodland's team for the love and care they showed our nan and grandad. They moved in to Woodland's together in 2020 and following our nan passing away in 2021, our grandad's health quickly deteriorated and we thought we were going to loose him very quickly after loosing our nan. My sister was transferred to Woodlands after an eight-week stay in hospital following a stroke which left her paralysed down her left side. She was very weak and suffered from mild autism. From day one she was made welcome, shown kindness and love, she said they were her friends. Whenever myself or family visited all staff greeted us with a smile, nothing was too much trouble, and I felt safe to leave her in their care. I have found all staff at Woodlands House Care & Nursing Home to be professional, kind and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble and any requests are dealt with promptly. The home is always clean and tidy. Overall, very pleased.

I visited my Auntie on the 3rd of November. She was so happy she said she loves it there. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I've seen the food and it is amazing. The rooms are always very clean and tidy.
