I have always received friendly and attentive service when I shop at Woodley's. Traci Stickler has been my sales associate over the past few months...she is very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful to work with.
I have purchased a sofa, a recliner and a loveseat this year from their Colorado Springs location and I keep coming back for more. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because Woodley's messed up my order and made a queen size bed frame instead of a full size bed frame. Once the mistake was taken care of, I had to wait eight weeks for the original order and another two weeks for the correct order. I am very happy with the type bed frame and wood that I chose and will always be a Woodley's customer.
We recently bought a 5 piece bedroom set. We love it. We really appreciated Dee Motz's knowledge and wonderful customer service in the showroom and the professionalism and friendliness of the delivery/ set up crew -- Chris/ Nate/ Nate :o) I've been wanting a piece of Woodley's furniture since I moved to CO in 1991 and now we have 5!
