We recently bought a 5 piece bedroom set. We love it. We really appreciated Dee Motz's knowledge and wonderful customer service in the showroom and the professionalism and friendliness of the delivery/ set up crew -- Chris/ Nate/ Nate :o) I've been wanting a piece of Woodley's furniture since I moved to CO in 1991 and now we have 5!
There are no words for how happy I am! From shopping in the show room with Mark Mehegan, scheduling the delivery through Shawn, to the delivery and installation. We are so pleased! We will be back and enthusiastically recommend Woodleys to everyone we know. Thank you!!
A great all-around experience. Mark, the sales consultant was great. I found the sofa that was truly for me and it was on the great factory direct sale. Delivery was right on time. Rick and Anthony were fantastic on bringing it in and setting it up. I highly recommend Woodley's, their staff and FlexSteel products.
We have purchased a Flexsteel recliner and loveseat, a chair, a coffee table and side tables, and a pair of outdoor chairs over the past 16 months. Very pleased with all aspects of the selections, purchase, and delivery. Treated well by everyone and we were especially pleased with the prompt response when a recliner squeaked after a year. Excellent customer service and product knowledge.
We ordered a new reclining sofa and two occasional chairs in late November which were delivered as promised in about 8 weeks. The delivery was exceptional. It had snowed the day before and the guys had to walk over snowpack to get to the lower level. No complaints from them and everything was set up just the way we wanted it. We love our new furniture!
I purchased a armoire to finish my custom Woodley's bedroom set. Though Woodley's did not offer the previous antique knobs and pulls from 4 years ago any longer, they located enough in their warehouse to matcj my order and complete the set. They also located my previous order and conformed the stain to match. Excellent workmanship and service was experienced by me.

Traci Stickler was our sales lady. I reccomend going through her for your needs out of NOCO. She makes this the best process. She explains everything in detail and followed up the whole time our furniture was made.
Rich and Anthony were very professional and did an excellent job delivering our two pieces of furniture (which included negotiating a couple of pretty tight turns that included stairs). Their dedication matches the service we've received from you over the years. I'm sure we'll be back again.
