I gave the this high of eating because they went above and beyond when we bought our car! They were very nice and Harley was the best salesman I have ever worked with! He was very knowledgeable and very understanding! We love our new car and we are very happy with Woodmen Nissan!

Brian in the service department leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. During my recent oil change and tire rotation Brian checked me in. He was rude and very curt. He actions made me feel like I was an imposition and wasting his time...which I don't understand because I am a CUSTOMER. We have purchased several vehicles from the dealership and have always had an excellent experience. Brian's attitude and discourteous behavior is a serious detraction from what is otherwise awesome Nissan dealership.

Outstanding service and brand knowledge - a great buying experience , perhaps the best I have ever had - follow up calls were a welcomed and surpising addition - I would ( and am) recomming this dealership and this particular salesperson to all my friends - James took the time on my first service visit to show e the service shop and to introduce me to some of the service folks ( which in turn took the time to answer all my questions about the car I purchased ) -

The customer service we have received at Woodmen Nissan has been outstanding. The individuals who work there are courteous, friendly, and respectful, and they make the car buying experience a pleasant one. From the sales staff to the service staff, and even the finance staff, everyone that we interacted with were great people. I would highly recommend Woodmen Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Working with Josh and Jason was probably the easiest thing we’ve done in a long time. Josh was very informative and knew the answers to our questions and if he didn’t he was sure to get them for us. Jason got us a better rate than my own bank and in the end we drove off in a 2012 Nissan Maxima with the Sport package. Hands down this was the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal!

We bought 2 used cars from Josh Martin and were more than happy with his going the extra mile with us every way. He has made us believe that you can sell used cars AND be a more than decent human being at the same time! We have brought our Vue in to have some things checked and had great service form the shop as well. Josh, in particular, has done so much extra for us and is becoming a friend to our family as well through helping us with our cars. I hope they appreciate him like we do.

We first experienced the friendleness of this dealership weeks before we came in. Husband and myself live in Montana 700 miles away. We had seen the 2011 Acadia Denali on Auto Trader, loved it at first site, but was too expensive for us to afford. We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. We had great customer service, almost to good. This is by far the best place that we had stopped and looked at. Great selection of vehicles. Ricky was a great guy and would recommend him to anyone that is looking to by a car! We left with two nice new cars thanks to Jason the finace manager and Ricky O'Donnell. Thanks Again !!!!
