I had an amazing experience going to Woodmen Nissan. Travis Wing, salesperson, was not pushy, VERY friendly, and personable. The car I just bought is brand new but temporary. I will DEF come back here again!

Jesse Battles is a wonderfully personable young salesman who did an excellent job of working with me as I decided on which Nissan 4x4 truck was right for my needs. Staff very friendly and helpful...fixed problem I came in for, as well as another one (a safety concern!) that I was not aware of. All while I enjoyed free coffee and popcorn in a bright, clean customer lounge area. Thanks for a great experience...I'll be back!

Service department reception for the appointment was friendly, upbeat, and thorough. The in-shop first 5,000 mile service on our vehicle was outstanding. The window into the shop at the comfortable waiting area is a great idea and allows customers to check out what's going on with their vehicle every once in a while, as well as the work flow in the shop. Zack Becker was awesome. Thank you to him and the woodmen nissan team on helping us get the car my wife and i always wanted. We here hesitant about buying a car and financing but Zack helped us understand and took the time to explain everything to us. Crystal clear expectations with no surprises. I came in on a busy day needing an oil change, but they not only took care of me swiftly, and kept me in the loop on the status of the car as work progressed, but they also looked at other potential things wrong with the car and gave me a report on how it was doing, what it might need going forward. They washed the car as well, and the thing I was most impressed with was that they didn't try to upsell me, which I can see through. Dropped vehicle off for quick lube service, and they honored coupon for oil change that actually expired the day before. Greeted with a smile and picked up vehicle and received smiles. Great service, and also fast, thank you for a job well done.

June 2014 I purchased a used "certified pre-owned" 2014 Versus Note after several "back and forth" emails regarding another used vehicle on their lot. My only issue with the purchase was being forced to purchase the automate paint protection as a condition of purchase. I voiced my displeasure to the sales rep, Mr. Adams, Floor Manager, Mr. Haas as well as a young lady who did a purchase follow-up.
