car was taken with no appointment, shuttled to and from work, communication was great, car was washed, and everything was taken care of in a small amount of time.
Went to Alex at Woodmen Nissan on recommendation of a colleague to get my brakes serviced and oil changed. She kept me on the loop the whole time and gave me an accurate and fair quote ahead of time! I will be consulting her for any future service.
We had needed to get some recall work done to our Nissan Rouge. And we called the service dept and spoke with service writer Andre who informed us that he could get our vehicle in for repair rather quickly. Andre was very professional , and extremely courteous!! We were very impressed with Andre!
Everyone that I worked with was very kind, and my sales professional was extremely easy to work with. They were willing to negotiate, and made sure I left with everything I needed.
We went to Woodmen Nissan with the intent to purchase a used vehicle. After arriving we were quickly greeted by Laurence Johnson and David Romanick who treated us with absolute professionalism. No pressure, and absolutely were there to serve us. They let us test drive what ever we wanted without any question as to what our credit rating was or how we intended on paying for any of the vehicles we drove. New, used...it didn't matter. I was very impressed with Woodmen Nissan's Used Cars, and in particular my sales person, Scott Palladay. I told him what I wanted through a contact phone call and when I came in to meet him, Scott had three really good options ready for me to check out. I outlined the the budget I had to work with, and again he worked for me with their finance department to find several options that fit that budget. I came into Woodmen after test driving a number of AWD cars and crossovers. I saw the Juke was rated #2 on Car and Driver Magazine for AWD crossovers (behind the 2016 Mazda CX-5). I was leaning towards a Subaru until test driving the Juke and it was so far beyond the other AWD vehicles on speed, handling and overall enjoyment.
