I've never had a better experience at a vet! From the front desk, to the vet techs, to the vet herself! Such kind humans and they take their time to explain things. Over the weekend, I had a pet emergency and my normal vet was closed Monday morning. I called them at 8am, and I was able to get my dog in at 9am. He was in rocky shape, and they give me so much peace of mind everything was going to be alright. He is back to his spunky self! I will be moving all my animals to this vet! I love this place, they have been our vet for over 15 years. The staff are kind, caring and treat you and your pet like family. Dr. Baker is the most wonderful person, and helps calm you and your pet. I highly recommend!

I have only had good experiences here. Dr Baker is terrific. Yes, money is an issue. I suspect it is thus everywhere.

We just moved here from CA and did not have a vet yet. We called them because our pup was having seizures. We saw Dr Huston and she took care of him right away and understood his health issues. She even reached out to our Vet in CA to get his records great service from everyone who helped us.

Our 8 pound puppy was attacked by coyotes, and we raced to this hospital and they were amazing! Everyone was soo kind and helpful. They were able to stabilize her and even rode along with us to the Pet ER to make sure she stayed stable on the transport. We will be using this vet from now on with all of our pets!

We ended up at Woodmoor after Banfield misdiagnosed our dog resulting in additional damage to her legs. Dr Baker took one look at our dog and knew exactly what was wrong before confirming with X-rays. After surgery and rehab, our dog is healthy, happy and better than ever. Yes I agree with some of the others that they do charge a ton for what they do but to be honest, you get what you pay for. Wonderful staff... so friendly! And wait times are always really great. Best of all my dog has a rare disease that got dismissed by another vet given its rarity, but Woodmoor approached her care with a sensible, methodical, and affordable manner that elucidated her true diagnosis. They made arrangements for easy access to an unusual treatment and my girl is doing hugely better! I appreciate the patient, deliberate approach as well as how well they listened to me!

We take all of our pets to Woodmoor Veterinary Hospital and have never had a bad experience. They are caring, thorough and fair. Most of the negative reviews I have seen are related to costs. I have always received an estimate of changes and they are fair. Pets are not cheap and that's one of the reasons we have pet insurance.
