stay two days and they never came to clean the room, no iron or hairdryer in the room you have to request this from the front desk and when you requested they never bring the iron.

Cleanness, disliked, requested handicap room, was told unavailable at the front desk. We had difficulty getting in the tub.. should’ve had a walk in showere. Overall room was excellent.

Night in Houston Room was clean, walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. Especially a barking dog in the room across the hall. Front desk closes at 10pm for night hours, that’s something they don’t mention on the site. If you want a coffee pot or hairdryer in your room you must ask. Basic.
