Nice Place, Service Just OK The physical hotel appears to be new and very clean. The room was comfortable. However, the front desk staff was not friendly or accessible. They were not available in specific timeframes of the day including nightly check-in and morning check-out. When they were they were very minimal and seemed as though it was a bother to answer a question. I stayed 3 nights and the policy states they do not clean the room everyday. It was very clean, but very basic. Our room was not cleaned, beds were not remade and trash was not emptied during our 2-night stay. There was no hair dryer in the room. I had to ask for one from the front desk. Additionally, there was no coffee in the lobby the first morning we were there. Again, it was a very clean and roomy hotel room; it just didn't offer many "extras."
