New property fairly clean, very quiet in the room. Lots of people live there and there was some very unsavory types hanging around all the time. One man was arrested the day I checked in. This place is bare bones, so know that going in. You have to pay a extra 10 dollars if you want to get fresh towels during your stay ( they give you 2). I felt reasonably safe in my room but did worry my car would be broken into( it was not) Close to a Wal Mart and Target as well as HEB in Pearland. It was ok bed nice gave me room away from people so quiet Shower doors wouldn't stay closed room on a slant .service agents like robots no emotion what so ever. But did well on reservation notes so that's something

Remember this is an apartment more so than a hotel. Extra towels; bring the dirty ones down first. Tiny bar of soap and shampoo for one. WiFi service for three in a room for four. It was a good night for what we needed and the price we paid.
