The PA’s Stephanie and Yelena, and Seth Kates (doc) are great. The reception staff are obnoxious and go out of their way to be unhelpful. They seem truly burned out and not at all concerned about patient experience. They will not call to follow up on a referral from a pcp to ensure a patient is not billed because of “no referral.” They make it very clear they don’t give a damn whether your referral is there for insurance to pay or not.
