It was my first time going to Worcester Dermatology and as soon as I got there I was welcomed warmly by the staff. I filled out my information they needed and the doctor that assisted me was very pleasant and helpful explaining what she was doing and what the aftercare was going to be.
Dr. Kates continues to provide professional dermatology service, as he has done for many years. That includes many treatments of liquid nitrogen and removal of cancerous growths. The front office is very professional. I will continue seeing Dr. Kates to take care of my dermatology needs. He is a first class dermatologist.
I am always welcomed and treated with respect, by staff and doctor. I will continue my over 20 year association with this practice.
