Quiet place to live. Staff is very friendly and doesn't bother you all the time. Never had any issues with maintenance and the one issue I had with noise was resolved right away.
I would only recommend it for someone who is young and doesnt mind hearing every noise coming from below or next door. The construction is such that you are going to hear noise very easily. For the most part the grounds are kept in pretty good shape. One thing to watch is the windows which seem to leak allowing condensation to accumulate between the panes of glass. I have lived at Worthington Ridge for almost 3 years and it's going to be bittersweet when i buy a house because i've grown to love it so much. the pool is beautiful and always clean. The Staff is always helpful, I can always get a hold of Jodi in the office and the maintenance guys are top knotch. 2 of my friends have moved here since i have because they loved my place so much!

Worthington Ridge is a great place to live, this apartment complex is close to the polaris mall, 2 huge city parks,Worthington city and it is just minutes away from mayor freeways, and also the school for the kids is just blocks away.The office staff and the maintenance staff are always there for you, this complex is very quiet, and I never hear my neighbors. the only problem is the windows,water leaks:condensation and we constantly had to be cleaning.for the whole stay u feel like u were cleaning and cleaning :the bathrooms,windows and places where ever there was moisture there was mold.staff and maintenance were good.there is also a lot of noice from the floor above.
Have only been here since the first of the year, but have found this community superior in almost all aspects. Staff is great and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Looking forward to the summer and the pool. It is a great place to live and all the neighbors seem very friendly.
Quality Apartment, Highly Recommend I only moved out Worthington Ridge apartments after purchasing a house. I am very glad I chose this as a place to live. Moved in Feb 2011, moved out Oct 2011. It certainly costs more to live there than some other places but you get what you pay for. The staff at the rental office are always quick to answer questions and resolve issues. I have had several maintenance issues and I am VERY satisfied with how punctual they were resolved! I never have a problem finding a parking space and there are plenty dumpsters around the property that are emptied regularly.
