i lived in worthington ridge for the last year and a half. i loved the area. it was very quiet but close enough to polaris for shopping and dining. the only reason i'm leaving is to go back to college in florida, otherwise i would gladly continue living at worthington ridge.
I highly recommend Worthington Ridge Apartments I have only lived here about 9 months but the community is very well kept & the maintenance is very prompt when requesting anything that needs fixed or looked at. I have lived at Worthington Ridge Apartments for a little over 3 years now. I must say I love it here. I have never had any issues in the 3 years. Office staff is always friendly and offers help in anyway they can. Maintenance does a fantastic job. Anytime I've ever had a maintenance issue it has been taken care of that day or the day after. You can't beat it for the price! Worthington Ridge is a very reasonable priced apartment complex in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many conveniences. With a friendly and helpful staff, it does a great job keeping up with maintenance and repairs and is quick to respond to a service need. The monthly rent includes water and a full size washer and dryer. For the price, you can’t beat it!
Great place to live! I have lived at Worthington Ridge for 9 months. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! Maintenance is always quick to resolve an issue and the is always a parking spot right outside my door. If you're thinking of moving to the Worthington area, I would highly recommend checking out Worthington Ridge!
It's A GOOD PLACE OVERALL Great location! Most residents are middle class working people. Wonderful full size washer and dryers in your own apartment. Nicely landscaped. We never run out of hot water. Clean, relatively quite. Lived here over a year. Safe environment, well lite up. I have been a resident of Worthington Ridge Apts for 6 years. I've had such a wonderful experience with all of their staff. Maintenance does EVERYTHING in a timely manner and the office staff always address my concerns. I love that there is no pet fee for my small dog and I have a washer and dryer included. Apartments are spacious and in excellent condition. I also rent a garage for a reasonable rate which has been great with this winter weather! I love that my apartment came with a full size washer and dryer, linen closet, and walk in closet in the bedroom. My neighbors and the rental staff have all been friendly and helpful.
I have lived here alittle less than a year and love it. I have two small boys and there is plenty of room for them to run arund and play. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Rent is very affordable and maintenance is the best I've seen over many years of renting.
