lucky to get parking space on weekends. if one apartment has one visitor you have to park in a different lot. staff is polite and easy to work with. rarely have maintenance issues. space is small for value. have 2 gym memberships, but doesn't add to value of rent, only jacks up price. small kitchen, with virtually no counter space. too small to comfortably house more than one person. will be...

We like it here very much. Came from Florida and this complex stacks up well with the Best. Well maintained, Lovely landscape. Quiet living. Nice pool. Parking/Storage garages available at low cost. Friendly neighbors.

The management at Worthington ridge was available, releable and efficient. Available was the most important quality. All staff members are professional and took care of tenants needs as quickly as possible. Pool and grounds neat and clean. AS a pleasant bonus the tenants in this complex were friendly and courteous.

I have lived at Worthington Ridge apartments since August and have had a very pleasant experience. Maintenance visits are always made in a timely manner and the staff at the leasing office is always helpful. Parking is never an issue and the complex as a whole is primarily quiet, making it easy to sleep, study, etc. My favorite aspect of Worthington Ridge, however, is the free gym membershipt...

Fair The apartments are maintained but never any improving or updating. The kitchen is very awkward to cook in, there is a real shortage of counter space. The cabinets are very small. The placement of appliances makes 2 people preparing a meal together absolutely impossible. My apartment had a cigarette smoker that lived and smoked in the apartment for several years. The manager, Jodi, is in her early 20's and is ALWAYS on myspace when I go in with a problem. It's very unprofessional. Additionally, water leaks in through the windows when it rains. The people above me smoke so my apartment often smells like smoke even though I am a non-smoker. Do not call maintenance on the weekends even if an emergency--they become VERY rude.

Horrifying!!!! So small and expensive, I suggest anyone check out Park Club Apartments instead, it is about the same price with so many more benefits!!! And they are practically right next to each other. I paid $708 per month for a 1 bedroom and now I pay $798 for a 2 bedroom at www.parkclubaptscom. Also, they are shady in their business dealings. Not recommended Here are the facts: I have had an ongoing issue with a neighbor who smokes an exorbitant amount of weed. This has been going on for almost a year. During that time, the office said ""there is nothing we can do."" Finally around Christmas I asked, really, there is nothing you can do?"" To which the reply was laughing saying, its like cigarettes, and we can't tell someone to not smoke cigarettes. Really? Pot is like cigarettes, interesting.
