First let me say that I thought it was never going to happen, But then a friend introduced me to Federal Hill Mortgage and they just took us under their wing , and helped us out with every aspect of buying our house. Tammy is -- hands down -- the best in the business. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable, and made herself available on our schedule to help navigate the tricky world of financing a home. We found a house we really liked, decided to make an offer, and were able to do so the same day with her help and sense of urgency. It's clear that she works incredibly hard to find the best possible solutions for her clients. We wouldn't recommend anyone else, honestly!

We are from out of town. Military family and we used Tammy to purchase a home in VA. Unbelievable service. Very knowledgeable on VA loans. We are bargain hunters and Tammy beat them all. She far exceeded our expectations.
