If you're a Realtor -- and I am -- you've had transactions that went south for one reason or another. Clients leave out the finer details, or they have a financial situation that is unique. You need your clients to choose a loan officer that get's it!! One who will figure it out if she doesn't get it immediately! One who will know that your client doesn't get it, and will go the extra mile to teach and coach! TAMMY SAUL?? She is that Loan Officer. No one in the business if finer!

This company has helped me with 2 home purchases. The most recent one only went through because of the diligence and creativity of the staff. I highly recommend FHM to anyone truly searching for a great mortgage company with a great staff.

I am a real estate agent with Long and Foster Real Estate for almost 14 years. Tammy and Federal Hill Mortgage are the BOMB, they are my TOP lender that I refer All of my buyers to. Every buyer till day has been impressed with their expertise and responsiveness. If Tammy and her team can't do a loan, I guarantee no one can! Highly Recommend using them!!! Wouldn't change Federal Hill Mortgage for no one.
