RecommendedJust got my 2007 Ford F-150 serviced. They have a new service associate whose name is Tyrone. A US Marine and formerly worked with General Motors. He went the extra mile in getting me taken care of. Ask for him if you get service. He has only been with Wyatt Johnson and Ford a short time .
RecommendedCame in with a flat tire. They got us a new tire on and the oil changed too. Gary took care of us and even helped us with planning what we needed for our future appointments. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Didn’t have to wait very long. Nice waiting room. Very nice place overall.

RecommendedWyatt Johnson Ford repaired a recall on our Explorer. They accommodated us by repairing it in one day as that was the only way we could get the repair done. Other Ford dealers had said they would need the car for at least two to three days. The Explorer is my husband’s car and it accommodates his mobility scooter and lift. When I explained the situation and that my car is too small for him to be comfortable in, so we cannot spare his car for very long, they said they would get it done in one day. They did as promised!
