The service workers were polite and kept me updated on the process during the maintenance visit. Waiting area was clean and comfortable coffee helped.
Jacob - the sales person - was wonderful and beat the competitor's price by $800 - it was appreciated! Demetrius - in finance- treated me like crap once I denied all additional upgrades. He could not get me out of his office fast enough at that point. And I was left having unanswered questions. The experience with the finance department is why I won't recommend the dealership.
We're nice. Good coffee. Good internet. Comfortable tables. Clean restroom. Friendly folks. Y'all are needy.
