I was very worried taking it to the dealership, expecting delays and issues. Chris moved quickly, did a full inspection (noting additional issues) and they got everything fixed under my Carvana warranty. Chris kept me informed and was very pleasant to speak with. Brandon was great. He was honest and did his job. I contacted 4 Toyota Dealers. He was the only one who went the extra mile and sent me a video of the Highlander in the colors I wanted to see. He was truthful about how long I would have to wait for the car I wanted. He kept m updated. The finance lady was also good. I am very pleased with everyone and I love my car!
