Customer service representative and service technician were both quite knowledgeable on the services required for my vehicle and were happy to assist outside of normal customer service expectations in regards to parts and repairs

Arrived at my appointment and was greeted by an associate in a timely manner. She was kind enough to direct me to Amanda when I requested to work with her. The associate also provided me with a bottle of water.
They are all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The coffee in the waiting room is actually great, and they had a shuttle or low cost rental available. Nice work. A very “Lexus” like service experience.
Service technician was professional and courteous. Over all experience was good. New coffee machine was great in the waiting area.
Devin assisted me and helped me immensely. He heard my complaints and tried to fix my issues.
I recently purchased 2 vehicles in October and my experience last night was less than transparent
I already did this once. I don't understand how Toyota cannot honor my case number. I thought Toyota was Toyota no matter where you went. They told me that I have to have the service done at Toyota in Hopkinsville in order to have my case number honored I went ahead and had the work done there next time I'll take it to Toyota in Hopkinsville.
