Horrible service department! They will charge you double the price on their parts. You can literally find same exact part elsewhere for almost half the price. The parts they recommend is different from the part they actually install. When confronted they say we don’t even buy parts for our own vehicles here as it’s cheaper online. I purchased my Camry new from this dealership this summer (2023). That was an average experience with nothing exceptional either way. My review isn’t about that but about their service department… I ran over a tiny piece of metal less than an inch square, it pierced through my tire and caused a very slow leak. They’re great at selling but the management is terrible with following up with customers. I’ve been trying to work with the manager for months. Also the clerks who answer the phones were rude in responding to a simple request and were quick to get off the phone/cut me off.
Took my Rav4 in for an oil change. I had an appointment for 10:00 AM. Got out of there at 12.26 PM. Just remember if you schedule an appointment it doesn't mean you will get right in. It's just to reserve your place in line. There could be 20 vehicles in front of you. Very misleading.
If I could give them a negative one I would have. Worst customer service experience of my life. They don't mind selling cars but will not hold up to promises after the sale! Not even the general manager.

"Don't do it - petty once they have your money" Bought a BMW in an all cash/no trade deal from Joe Hardy - all was great until the money was paid then they got petty. Called to say my tags were in, they had previously offered to come put them on as I work nearby, but instead called to say they "miscalculated" the cash deal, and undercharged me by 30 dollars - and wanted me to come pay them 30 to get my tags - I've never seen such pettiness. the deal was done and signed. "Would not Warranty the work the claimed to repair and RUDE" I loved going to Wyatt Johnson for my Toyota repairs until recently. I took my car in due to driver seat not moving and heated seats not working. They were able to diagnose the problem and I paid for the repair. Day after the repair, the heated seats are not working.
