A rip-off company with misleading pricing! Diagnosis fee was itemized then multiplied at the end when that wasn't was implied initial signging! I guess that's the fine print in "estimate." NEVER AGAIN!
We set a appointment to look at a vehicle a day in advance drove a hour and half from Paducah Kentucky to find out when we arrived they sold the vehicle out from under us not giving us a chance to look at it or drive the vehicle. No apology or anything very rude!
On a personal level, this company sucks. On a professional level, this company sucks. I got my car from here, and the amount of gossip I heard just from my time there is unprofessional and unacceptable. Between talking about what the managers do in their spare time and which managers keep a strap on in their gun safe, which ones shot people and got away with it because of Wyatt Johnson lawyers, and which sales people are offering to pay their sisters to do things that siblings shouldn't be doing, I was beside myself. Bought a truck from here just a month ago, expecting a reliable vehicle and honest service. I spent a lot of money to buy the truck. Took it in for a routine oil change, and suddenly they hit me with a $500 bill for “bad brake pads.” Funny how that this wasn’t an issue when they sold me the truck—guess their pre-sale inspections are more about closing deals than ensuring quality. My son had his oil change and tires rotated, he drove from TN to TX for his Christmas leave and when he got here, it was seen he only had one lug nut on one of his tires. I called the dealership Thursday (12/26) and was sold mgr would call back, didn't happen. Called back today (12/30) and he told me what action they took for the dealership but didn't seem concered about how they were goin to make it right for him.
A month ago I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The sells person who I spoke with basically sold me a dream. He gave me little to no information on the car. All he was looking for was commission. Now here I am a month later & had to return my vehicle back to the dealer because my finances unexpectedly changed & they refused to finance my car or give me an opportunity to finance it on my own with other resources. Horrible service department! They will charge you double the price on their parts. You can literally find same exact part elsewhere for almost half the price. The parts they recommend is different from the part they actually install. When confronted they say we don’t even buy parts for our own vehicles here as it’s cheaper online. I purchased my Camry new from this dealership this summer (2023). That was an average experience with nothing exceptional either way. My review isn’t about that but about their service department… I ran over a tiny piece of metal less than an inch square, it pierced through my tire and caused a very slow leak. They’re great at selling but the management is terrible with following up with customers. I’ve been trying to work with the manager for months. Also the clerks who answer the phones were rude in responding to a simple request and were quick to get off the phone/cut me off.
