Greeted with a huge smile from the lady who checked me in she was so friendly. Chris was friendly and went over everything with pricing. The gentleman who shuttled me home was so kind. Always have great service here

I was disappointed I didn’t get some help with my windshield that cracked for no apparent reason. My insurance has 1k deductible so I was out of pocket 900.00. Person who replaced windshield said it was his second replacement that week of a stress fracture of a windshield on a Highlander.
I have been a customer at this location for 8 yrs & have all over great experience till this appointment. I bought the oil change package to get 3 oil changes. I bought it when my mileage was a little over 20,000. I used it twice (30,000 & 40,000) was told I was not able to use my last one bc I went over my mileage!! I was there for my 50,000 so not behind!! That was frustrating!! Especially since I didn’t know there was a mileage expiration.
