They’re friendly but I was told an oil change (with appointment) would be an hour to an hour and a half and it took 3 hours. A little ridiculous.

We contacted the dealership three different times before we purchased our vehicle. Joe was very kind and willing to answer all our questions each time. We loved his laid-back style of dealing with us. He is probably the best when you got there.

Amanda was kind and friendly. The app that shows the progress of the work is horrible! It showed that it was being evaluated or something like that eventhough it was being serviced. It never changed until the work was completed. Servicing should be displayed. We actually saw the vehicle being parked, the app still showed evaluated or something like that. The app should say being worked on. It should not just show evaluated and completed.
