It took longer then originally planned for me to get my car back and the service desk people didn’t know if my car was completed when I did come to pick it up.
The service is great, but the prices are very high! And they always try to sell me something.
Service is great! but.... communication is horrible! I tried, several times, to call only to be placed on this telephonic loop. My service was with Toyota but at one point I was connected to Subaru.... The Service Department, the staff, the quality of the work and the messaging from my assigned representative was fantastic; but telephone system was inexcusably poor!
