Roofing Company removed slate roof and installed asphalt. House has a steep angled roof. I liked the actual work. Safety harness on men and fast service. What I didn't like was unprofessional attitude of company. Expensive plants and fine landscaping surrounds house much of which was crushed from falling debris. Plastic sheeting had been laid directly on delicate landscaping. When later researching this issue most companies lean long posts against the house. While the work and quality were good, because we financed our project through them, some odd savings account was opened and they signed us up for a life ins. policy we didn?t ask for. I?m sure it was buried in the fine print of the contract and we didn?t see it. Anyway, read carefully and ask questions. We can?t stop payment on the premium for the life ins. It?s $100 a month.
They would make the work the right way professional and great customer service skills
From Shane, the salesman, to Eric, the job site supervisor, to the workers, everyone was great! All aspects of the roof job were explained to me and completed beyond my satisfaction. The cleanup was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Even though my job was small, I was treated as if I was their biggest customer!

I cannot say enough good things about Xpress Roofing. Russell explained everything we needed to know about a roof that helped us make the decision to go with Xpress. The price was excellent when compared to our other estimates. The workers were wonderful and the roof was installed in one day and it looks fabulous. I would definitely recommend Xpress to anyone who needs a new roof. Lynn from Pikesville

I've had several companies come and give me quotes for the replacement of my roof. So when Chris (sales person) came (last quote) and went over everything from how to what and even had samples of all the materials, I was thinking, oh man this is going cost a lot, but it didn't. It was a lot less than what I was thinking. The project manager, Eric was great! Although, some nails and a little debris was left, the workers did a great job.
