Telehealth appointment was a wonderful option. The call was direct and helpful and I was able to talk with doctor, show symptoms (poison ivy) and gets meds called in. The weather was also bed so this option was perfect. I think more providers should have a telehealth option. Scheduling for a callback made it precise and didn’t feel like I was waiting around. I knew exactly what time Xpress would call and was ready.

I Was pleasantly surprised at the service I was given on my virtual appointment. It was very convenient as I live 35 minutes away from a clinic and not feeling well. Susan Hightower was very kind and efficient to give me the meds I needed without the hassle of driving over an hour to an appt. I am now feeling better and I’m very grateful for the option of virtual appointments.
