Went in for stomach issues that I had for almost 3 weeks. I waited for over 2 hours. My husband decided to ask about being seen and the dr said. "I'm busy. I'll be in later". When the dr did come in he made me feel like an idiot for coming in. He prescribed pills that didnt work. two days later I went to the ER where they actually ran tests! I had a severe bacterial infection and needed strong antibiotics and fluids.
Dear Mednow, you serve a purpose as giving us a place to go when we can’t get into our PCP’s office, that part your great with! However last year I visited your clinic due to illness. I paid out of pocket at the end of my visit. Many months later I go back to your clinic due to an illness, this time I’m told I STILL HAVE A CREDIT of $80+ dollars so no charge today. Don’t go to the one in BA if you want to get in and out quickly, waited 30min in a waiting room with no one else, 3 cars in the parking lot then waited 45min in a room, still no one, finally walked out and let the front desk girl know I was taking my 7 month old somewhere else, the PA behind me said “oh would you like to be seen?”. I’ll never go back!
Im not really sorry if this upsets people but the mednow in catoosa has poor customer service doctors that fail to treat issues and no respect or empathy....twice we have had to go there with having 4 teen boys one time miss diagnosed our sons broken tibia as a sprained ankle and sent us to take him back to school..last time our same son had a infection on his cheek ....after checking him and stating antibiotics and he would be fine then switched to not treating him telling us go to er asap .....scared my son to death and we... read more
Went in for severe pain in my left side to Tulsa Hills location. They told me my UA was inconclusive in regards to kidneys and UTI. Doctor poked me feeling what I called 7-8 of 10 pain level confirming no enlarged spleen. They said they weren’t sure, ignored my protests that it didn’t feel GI related and gave me a GI referral. so long rant... I've been here twice now. both times they have pulled my insurance wrong and tried to over charge me. tonight was a complete waste. sons progressively getting worse and after $240 with insurance, I know that my son has an ear infection that his pcp diagnosed on Monday and has been treating and he has a fever. the whole time I was there, they tried to talk me into buying a discount plan with them to "save money" since my insurance sucks. Went to Tulsa hills location and was treated poorly. FromThe Nurse Brandy and nurse practitioner whose name I didn't get (but does it matter really when you leave such a bad impression you don't stand out?). As a healthcare professional I found them rude, condescending, judgemental all the things you should have been taught not to be as a compassionate healthcare worker and a waste of time. First they overcharged me and had no clue what I was talking about on the charges. I had to wait an hour and a half in a room before a doctor walked in. It seems like they just want to get everybody out of the lobby so you don't know how long the weights going to be. When I checked out the girl up front was very rude and indignant. The doctor was very nice but I would never return again. Did I Say Never Never Again?
I went into the office yesterday to be seen since my doctor couldn't get me in. Well I got diagnosed with a viral upper respiratory infection got put on some pills that were supposed to "help" with my cough and they didn't offer to test me for the flu. They asked if I had gotten the flu shot and my grandma asked if what I have could've been the flu and we were reassured that it was not the flu.
