I went into the office yesterday to be seen since my doctor couldn't get me in. Well I got diagnosed with a viral upper respiratory infection got put on some pills that were supposed to "help" with my cough and they didn't offer to test me for the flu. They asked if I had gotten the flu shot and my grandma asked if what I have could've been the flu and we were reassured that it was not the flu. I made an appointment and 45 minutes later they call me back to a room where I had to wait over 30 minutes for the doctor to come in for a few minutes.

Had to wait for an hour and a half tonight with my 2 year old son who at 5:15 had 104 temp. I got there at 7 and his temp started coming down because I gave him tylenol. After another hour and a half of waiting his temp was gone. They treated me like crap because he had no fever by the time they actually saw him. I have been home for aboit an hour and his temp already went back uo to 102! The person who saw him was very unprofessional and hateful. I will not bring my kids back there again.
