Good Service I recently used the services from Yost & Campbell Heating, Cooling & Generators to have a new heating unit installed in my home and thought the work from them went quite well. The only issue I had with the work was the people they sent out to get the installation done, the first people they sent out weren't able to get the work done and they had to send out another technician, who was able to get the work done but would be great if they sent out the correct person the first time. Right on time After one winter of a heating system which suddenly started to misbehave, this winter it completely gave out and the Yost & Campbell team were able ascertain that the issue was the circuit board. One was ordered, but that failed and another had to be ordered at which point I was on edge as temps began to really dip, but right where it counted most, Sam, I believe that was his name , showed up and like a pro in minimal time installed that board without even a peek at a manual, and had my system up and running in... read more
Yost & Campbell is the best !!!! They really came thru when I lost the boiler during the frigid weather this past December 2017. Once I accepted their estimate they came the next morning at 8:30 AM as promised. I had no heat or hot water and it was 14 degrees. They put me at the top of the list even though they were very very busy. That sealed it for me they prioritized who needed their services and rescheduled non emergency work. That's te way it should be. Thank You
Efficient and Easy to Work With Yost & Campbell Heat, Cooling & Generators came by to work on our boiler, and it was a good experience. They were friendly and professional and they did a fine job. They were on time and friendly enough, so I really don't have any complaints. I was happy that they were easy to work with. It was an uncomplicated, efficient process, and for that, I'd definitely recommend them to others.
