Currently satisfied, but am wary This year I have received good service and it was prompt. ...and I know it is a cold year. But in the past when I had issues with my hot water heater this was not the case. I requested an estimate for a hot water heater. I never received a response. Then when the issue got worse I requested again and yOu actually sent someone out but I was never called back with the estimate I tried several times to call your office but my calls were Never returned. The service was professionally completed and the technician knowledgeable and very courteous. The only drawback I experienced was they did not have any record of my first phone call at 6:50 am for service which was unsettling since I did not have heat. However, when I did call again they were apologetic but unfortunately there was no recourse, I had to wait until the afternoon thus losing a day of work. Happy to say that the problem was quickly resolved and I had heat once again.
