Always do good work. My husband and I started using Yost & Campbell many years ago when we bought our home. They had wonderful service back then. I recently restarted the contract with them to repair my boiler. It's worth the money to sign on with them, Yost & Campbell are professional and reliable people. DISREGARDED MY INSTRUCTIONS The serviceman was called here to paint a rusty pipe. I asked him to ring my bell before he painted so we could discuss the job. He said he would. Instead, he painted the pipe before I could speak to him and called when it was done. The pipe was very rusty; I wanted to talk to him about sanding it before painting. I was not pleased that he went back on his word. It remains to be seen whether he should have sanded first. Damaged electrical They installed new central AC, and heating system, and in the process they messed up the wiring to my backyard, now the backyard lamps, and rear outlets don’t work, we call several times and keep getting the run around, no one has come back to fix the issue, will go to small claims court if I don’t here back from them soon. Terrible service and outrageous pricing I had a brand new HVAC system installed a few years ago. It has never worked properly. On my 7th service call in only a few years I questioned the system and install and was told that it is normal in some cases to have this many problems? The bigger issue is that it has been the same problem each time. Nothing has ever been fixed but I assure you o have been billed as thought it was. Terrible service. I have referred Y and C to over 30 clients and feel terribly that I have.

Worst company ever I purchased a five unit carrier heat pump = state of the art...these clowns had no clue ho to install - one of the workers told me they did not have the appropriate diagnostic equipment -5 month installation process breaking things along the way and then they charged my credit card for the final installment without my authorization. Am writing t he attorney general as well - I believe these guys are crooks

Horrible experience I woke up sunday 2/14/21 to no heat. I checked my boiler to find the pilot light was out. After 3 attempts of lighting the pilot only to have it go out. I knew it was time to call yost. starting at 10:30am I attempted to use the usual number ive used in the past 718-925-4090. the call would instantly drop, no voicemail, nothing. Maintenance service Yearly maintenance resulted on me paying for replacement of the aquastat relay on my Bryan boiler, second time on a year and half, since it was previously replaced on 2/2019, it should of be included on serviced guarantee, what type product is this company selling. Part that cost 240.00 at Home Depot I paid 254.00 at least labor was included after me pleading my case, but it will be originally 600.00 for labor to total 854.00 + taxes, what a rip off.
