Rip Off Report! We were customers of Yost & Campbell for 15 years. Our furnace broke down. They said we need a new circuit board that costs $2,000 also a new hose since it had a leaked water. We had another company look at it and it need a new hose only that cost $250.00. Stay away they are rip offs!

Mechanic wore a mask and thats about it for good reviews First charged around $175.00 for spring maintenance. Spent about 20 minutes here. First words out of his mouth was can you get me a ladder. He had his own in truck. Checked freon and added some. Then asked for my hose. He then sprayed my outside unit with water from hose. That was extent of service outside . Then he came inside, lifted cover and pulled out filters and had my wife wash them and reinstalled them .. Never again will i call them

Over Priced. Over priced, the tech arrived at my home just to . . . LOOK . . . At my units and the only thing that had to be done was to tighten up the connector and to top off one of the cooling system with Freon which he did. Mind you, these units are no more than 2 1/2 years old and I purchase these cooling units along with my heating system from Yost and Campbell. Over $12,000. 2nd opinion from anther company. Furnace is now working. Service person from the 2nd company repair the broken motor connector. Does not recommend replacing motor or replacing my water heater. The service person was more interested in doing a sales job by recommending selling a new water heater which was totally irrelevant to repairing the furnace. We have used your services in the past and this is the worst contact we have had.

See below. General good Roberto was excellent and friendly. Pricing was generally fair, but charging over $250 for a Standard generator battery is ridiculous. I can understand a markup, But this mark up was clearly excessive

Very bad customer service Yost and Campbell sent a technician to find a leak in my air conditioning system that they installed less than two years ago. The tecnician found the leak immediately with a visual inspection and confirmed his diagnosis with a detector. Several hours later he presented me with a bill for $1500 on his phone. When I indicated that that was a lot, he told me that I would be getting an invoice by email. When I got the invoice it was for $1778.02. Simple A/C repair cost I just looked up the cost of the A/C part that was needed to repair my central A/C. The cost of a Turbo 200 Capacitor is $62.00. I was charged $295.00. That kind of markup is unbelievable. My total bill was $470.00

Service Call Teck made no attempt to clean coils. I told Teck not to go in back because I had issues with landlord, He opened Panel took some pics and left.
