Yost & Campbell is the WORST!!! I have been a Y&C customer and member of the Home Comfort Club for 7 years. A technician came to my home for my annual heating service today and I asked if he could check my heating system since the hot water has not been circulating for quite some time. Not sure what service was performed. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years & have had exceptional service. Maybe Jeffrey is New & is still learning but not sure what service he performed. I never heard the vacuum nor did he ask me where the outlet was. Maybe with my new furnace installed by you it’s not required? Overpriced parts. I recently signed a service contract with Yost & Campbell. My heating system started to give me trouble, so, I scheduled a service call. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem which consisted of replacing an electrical relay. There was no charge for the service call but the charge for the part was $204.01. WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thursday a Y&C tech came and diagnosed the problem and Navien overnighted the part to them. I called them Friday afternoon and was told the part did not come in yet. Saturday 9:00am I was told the person who has the key for the parts dept is not in yet an they didn’t know if the part came in until this employee arrived. Poor and false communication/overcharged for services My experience overall has been poor. First given false information and told that a part - covered under under 10 year manufacturers warranty (Inst. 2013) was not covered (twice). Then given a cover story to explain the misinformation (stephanie). Charged for 297,50 exactly 50% if initial part charge, when technician informed me that there was no charge for warranted part installation. They used to be much better We've used them for years and used to be very satisfied. But now I'm really down on them. We still have an annual service plan with them, but I'm shopping around for when it expires. They're still OK for routine maintenance, but recently I needed service for a broken unit and wanted a quote to add something to my system.
