Currently getting a shower install I have been calling the agent and email to William Lockhart no response in 2 days and onsite supervisor Eric did respond but need to get an hold of William all we need is a copy of contract. The installers are doing a great job always keeping us informed and answer questions. Thanks Dale *****

I am beyond disappointed with this company. The company is terrible communication and follow through 4 appointments no call no showed. Wasted my time and time off from work to be home. Poor install level was not used or flashing. Foam around windows was not trimmed shims were not cut correctly. Installers left without trimming out the windows said that was never ordered. Damage was don't to the window when shims were trimmed. Lied installing superior told me window was received damaged when the upper management called to apo... read more
