"YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY" WAS HIRED TO RENOVATE THE MAIN BATHROOM OF MY HOUSE TO ACCOMMODATE ME AS A HANDICAPPED PERSON. THE PROJECT WAS TO START IN APRIL OF 2025 AND TO DATE, SEPTEMBER 14, 2025, THE COMPANY STARTED AND HAS WITHOUT NOTICE ABANDONED THE RENOVATION WITH APROXIMATELY ½ OF THE PROJECT INCOMPLETE. VARIOUS RANDOM EXCUSES HAVE LEFT ME WITH A MESS, AN UGLY UNUSABLE BATHROOM. I AM HANDICAPPED AND THE HIC COMPANY CONTINUOUSLY REFUSES TO IMPLEMENT REGULATED HANDICAP ITEMS.
