Chris ******** with Your Home Improvement Company was excellent in all aspects. He listened attentively to what I wanted, described the company credentials, help with the bathroom design, showed me examples of the various products, and showed me pictures of what the final product would look like. Very importantly, he was also able to provide a bathroom remodel that met my budget. Chris was real joy to work with.

It has been over 4 months waiting to get my bathroom upgraded, I have been told that they couldn't get a building permit from a town out of my county, which is very stupid if you look up the county that I am in. After 2 months they said a employee had quit and couldn't get it done when they said they would be out. Didn't show up and said they couldn't get a plumber, this is going on 5 mouths.
